Kinds of participation

1. Equipped exhibition area, minimum 6 sq.m.: exhibition equipment, frieze inscription; 1 table; 2 chairs; carpet covering; 1 lamp SPOT type; a socket 220 v; 1 litter bin; guarding at non working time.

2. Non-equipped exhibition area, minimum 9 sq.m.: general lighting, 1 table, 2 chairs; guarding at non working time.

3. Working place: 1 table, 2 chairs, tablet with the name of the company.

The necessary thing is the obligatory payment of the registration fee and also temporary trade patent in case of retail business during the exhibition.

Services

 

Additional equipment and services are given according to the separate application form (tables, chairs, shop window, counters, shelving, stand design, multimedia equipment, radio and video advertisement on the exhibition, hotel accommodation, excursion service, photographer, stand workers, promoters).

For companies that want to get maximum effect from the exhibition and also draw additional attention of the audience, organizers have created the raw of additional marketing possibilities. Participants can provide VIP degustation, presentation, seminar, conference or round table. For this occasion conference hall for 100 sitting places and VIP bar for 40 places that are situated in the exhibition hall and have all the necessary equipment is presented. Official catalogue of the exhibition

 

1. Information and logo of the participant is placed free of charge.

2. For the additional application form and pre-pay:

  • full-colored page (A5 format)
  • one-colour page (A5 format)
  • placement of the logo on each page of the catalogue.

Technical specifications of the information presenting in the officinal catalogue

 

It has to be presented in *doc (Microsoft Word) format both in RUSSIAN and ENGLISH and has to be occupied not more than A4 format page (Arial, 10).

Official banquet in honor of the opening of the exhibition

Following the tradition, Organizer invites you to the evening solemn banquet in honor of the opening of the exhibitions. Here you’ll have the opportunity to communicate with business partners, representatives of the ministries, embassies, leading associations and unions in non-formal atmosphere. Awarding of the X Tasting Competition “Odessa Gulf” winners will be held during the banquet.

Time and place of the banquet will be announced additionally.

  1. Entrance  - according to the invitation tickets that are given by the following way:
  • 6 sq.m stand – 1 ticket;
  • 6-12 sq.m – 2 tickets;
  • 12-18 sq.m – 3 tickets

2. Applications for additional tickets are taken during the registration.
