1. General conditions
Contest is hold on within the frameworks of the Annual International Specialized Exhibitions “Wine & Winemaking ”, “High degree”.
The purpose of competition: production quality score and score of marketable type of product - external design of contest products (bottle, label, cork) for awarding the best samples of the products, to facilitate the production of competitive products that meet international standards.
2. Organizers of tasting contest are:
- Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine
- Odessa Regional State Administration
- National Institute of Vine and Wine "Magarach"
- EC "Expo-Yug-Service"
- PO "Agency of Regional Development"
The members of tasting commission are the leading experts of Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, foreign countries, the qualified experts-degustators from enterprises of wine-producing and alcoholic beverage industries, scientific research institutes and other interested and specialized organizations.

4. Contest's awards
The rewarding of the contest is based on the counting commission’s records.
The following types of awards are established on results of the contest:
1.The highest award of the contest – "Big Golden Medal”, is presented in nominations of silent wines, sparkling wines, cognacs, vodka.
2.Golden, Silver and Bronze medals (not more than 30% from the quantity submitted to the contest samples of production) Diplomas of contest’s participant.
The winners of the tasting contest entitled to place on the product label the logo of the received award.
The results of the tasting contest will be sent to all companies - operators of the alcohol market in Ukraine.
5. Terms of participation in the contest
The participants of the contest may be juridical persons that manufacture and sell products of wine, alcohol industry.
Samples must be given not later than 2.17 in 2012 by the address: Odessa, 3 Pirogovskaya str., off. 83
Samples of the products are provided to the contest in the quantity of 4 bottles (at least 2.0 liters) of one denomination.
Since samples are arrived, they become the property of "Organizer" and they can not be changed or replaced.
For accreditation in the contest participant must provide the contract and application for participation in the contest, signed by the head of the company and stamped no later than January 20, 2012. Payment for participation in the contest is a preliminary bank transfer.
The samples are followed by the next documents: certificate of quality, certificate of conformity, information on the size of industrial production batch, a sample of which is given to the contest.
At the conclusion of the tasting commission of the qualitative mismatch of the sample (falsification) The organizing committee reserves the right to transfer the materials to arbitration structures and media.
6. Cost of participation
1.Cost of presenting of one sample:
For exhibitors - 50 €
for the firms which are not participating in the exhibition - 60 €
2. The firms which are not participating in the exhibition, in addition pay an obligatory registration fee 200 € which includes an information about the firm in the official exhibition catalogue and participation of the representative of firm in the official buffet table.
The prices are indicated including the VAT.

21.02 - 22.02.2012 – work tasting commission
21.02 - 22.02.2012 – work of counting commission
23.02.2012 - solemn ceremony of summarizing and rewarding of the contest’s winners with participation of mass media.
