Specialized exhibition-fair “Festival of Wine” will be held in October 2-3, 2010 in Odessa.
Objective of the specialized exhibition-fair “Festival of Wine” providing – familiarization of the domestic and foreign wine customers with the qualitative products of Odessa region winemaking enterprises, increasing the culture of drinking, positioning of Odessa as the cultural and economical center with huge tourist potential, and the Odessa region as one of the leading winemaking regions of Ukraine.
“Festival of Wine” has the unique format – the guests of the festival will have the opportunity to taste wines of the participants, to enjoy the concert program of the national collectives of the countries-participants of the Festival, to take part in the contests, to get the consultations of tasters and wine experts.
Enterprises-participants of the “Festival of Wine” will represent the wide audience high-quality products and services:
Such events are provided with the huge success in all the countries of the world, where winemaking is one of the priority directions of the economy (France, Spain, Moldova, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria etc.). Concert programs, tasting of the domestic drinks draw a big amount of tourists from different countries. Odessa region has wide possibilities for the development of International project as the “Festival of Wine”. Providing of the specialized exhibition-fair “Festival of Wine” in October will allow expanding the framework of the resort season, increasing the inflow of tourists in inter-season period, assisting the development of new direction of tourist business – event tourism.
