Round table “Yacht. Flag and Polis. Registration and Insurance of Yachts and Motor Boats”

The round table « Yacht. Flag and Polis. Registration and Insurance of Yachts and Motor Boats» will take place in April 9, 2010 within the limits of the V International specialized exhibition «Boat Expo. Odessa».

The event will be provided in the VIP-hall of expo centre of the Odessa Sea Port (6 Primorskaya Str, Odessa).

Organizers of the round table – “International Law Offices” (Ukraine) and Russian State Insurance Company "Rosgosstrakh" (Russia).

Moderators are Melnikov Nikolay (the partner of the “International Law Offices”) and Rogach Konstantin (the Head of the Marine Insurance Department, Russian State Insurance Company “Rosgosstrakh”).

• Complex providing (registration) of purchase-sale and building of yachts

• A policy is published in accordance with Rules of insurance of yachts and motor boats of Rosgosstrakh, or subject to the conditions foreign insurance markets (Rules of Institute of London Insurers and other) by the choice of the proper right and jurisdiction.
