2. Non-equipped exhibition area, minimum 9 sq.m.: general lighting, 1 table, 2 chairs; guarding at non working time.

3. Open non-equipped area - in case of necessity the electricity can be provided according to the application for additional equipment.

4. Working place: 1 table, 2 chairs, tablet with the name of the company.

5. Correspondent participation - placement of the company's profile in the official catalogue, spreading of the advertizing leaflets among the visitors and participants of the exhibition

The necessary thing is the obligatory payment of the registration fee and also temporary trade patent in case of retail business during the exhibition.

Additional equipment and services are given according to the separate application form (tables, chairs, shop window, counters, shelving, stand design, multimedia equipment, radio and video advertisement on the exhibition, hotel accommodation, excursion service, photographer, stand workers, promoters).

1. Information and logo of the participant is placed free of charge. Attention! The term of presenting the material to the catalogue – till March 15, 2011.

• placement of the logo on each page of the catalogue.

Technical specifications of the information presenting in the officinal catalogue
It has to be presented in *doc (Microsoft Word) format both in RUSSIAN and ENGLISH and has to be occupied not more than A4 format page (Arial, 10).
