VI International specialized exhibition “Boat Expo. Odessa” will be held in April 7-9, 2011 in the Sea Port, within the limits of which the specialized exposition “Diving Expo. Odessa” will traditionally be presented.

The exhibition has got the patronage of the Ministry of transport and communications of Ukraine, Odessa regional state administration, Federation of sailing sport of Ukraine, Federation of water-motor sport of Ukraine, Federation of underwater sport and underwater activity of Ukraine, Odessa regional federation of sailing sport of Ukraine.

As the invariable general information partner of the exhibition acts Ukrainian maritime magazine “Skipper”.

Thematic variety of the exhibition of 2010 hasn't left anybody indifferent. On one exhibition platform has been presented everything that can interest both fans, and professionals of the sea element.

As always the domestic producers who have won glory not only in Ukraine, but also abroad have pleased with their workings out and novelties: “Yacht-verf’ “Vokrug Sveta” LTD (Nikolayev), “Navigarus” (Yuzhniy), “Sigo Marine” LTD (Odessa), “Alexander Yachts” LTD (Kharkov), “Esta LTD” (Nikolayev), “Norman Yacht & Pavel Shaposhnikov Design” (Sumy).

Yacht “McGregor” presented by the company “Atlas Marin” (Kiev) became the real ornament of the open exposition. To the attention of extreme and high speed fans the company “Sport Marin” offered aquabikes, hydrocycles and sport motorboats.

Stands of the companies “Sun Marine”, “Board Sport Center” and “Sport Marine” had become the zone of heightened interest among the visitors, where fans of productive leisure on water had the possibility to buy all necessary equipment in order to take pleasure of the rest to the full this summer! Water ski, surfboards, boards and sails for surfing, equipment for kite-surfing, helmets, waistcoats and diving suits – all this and many other things were offered to the visitors of the exhibition. Besides, surfing-clubs “Sun Marine” and “Board Sport Center” offered services of high quality instructors in training of the given kinds of sport that get increasing popularity.

There was the place of interest even for those who has already got in the arsenal the high-speed yacht or maneuverable motor boats. For this category of visitors such companies as “Golovanjuk A.V.” PE, “Rybak” PE, “Yachtglanz marine equipment” (Germany), “Tekhmetalservis”, “Watercraft Mix” (USA) had presented their offers in the field of yacht and boat equipment, exploitation and care means and also transportation. For the first time this year the company “Sea Style”, offering a full spectrum of services for decoration of yachts and boats by means of products from textiles on sea thematic, beginning from exclusive bed-clothes, and finishing the form and stripes for all command has been presented on the exhibition.

Companies “Vanuatu Ship Registry”, IC “Osnova”, “International Law Offices” and “Bureau Veritas” offered the help and consultations to all who has met difficulties with registrations, insurance and registration of water vehicles. Any interested person had the possibility to receive the qualified consultation directly at the stand of participants, and also to receive the detailed information on all their interesting questions. 

The offers on decision of problems dealing with costal strengthening have offered such companies as “Minbud” and “Eurasia Expertstroy”. Special interest of the visitors was dedicated to the stands of “Master Graevsky” (Russia), representing exclusive knifes and axes from a Damask steel and “Marinepool” Company, representing yachting clothes from the leading European brand ТМ “Marinepool” which with each year gets invariable popularity among fans of productive leisure. Companies “Aeroscan” and “Citrus-Discount” have shown novelties of the navigating equipment. Motto - and the water mechanics had been presented by shops “Yurimota”, “Motortrack” and the company “Sport – Marine”.

Special attention was drawn to the specialized exposition “Diving Expo. Odessa”, where dive-clubs, specialized shops and companies, dealing with the production of equipment for diving were represented to the visitors. In a kind of constant growth of demand for rendering of consulting services, instructing and special equipment, this year was marked by the exposition’s growth. The companies from Odessa and Kiev presented their services. It is pleasant to notice that the Crimean divers had also imparted experience.

For the first time in Odessa had taken place the presentation of the Program “New eco-technologies for revival of fish stocks and development of resort business for the Black Sea” and the Round table “Movement “Artificial reefs” in Ukraine - for fishermen, divers and businessmen”. The organizer of this event was the Russian noncommercial Fund “Artificial Reefs” in the name of its president - Sergey Fedotov (Russia, Moscow). 

The given actions have united all not indifferent to the problems of pollution of the sea, washing away of beaches, sea-shore protection and also the possibilities of fulfillment of fascinating underwater travel in the waters of native Black Sea. 

All the special events of 2010 were highly appreciated by experts. Results of the questioning spent at an exhibition among participants and visitors allow predicting dynamical expansion of this International projects.
