“Expo-Yug-Service” Company is accepted into the World Confederation of hairdressers CMC (Confederation Mondiale de la Coiffure). In April 16, 2010 in Kiev the General Secretary of the World Organization CMC Bernard Kodye had awarded the Head of the exhibition projects, Tsimbalyuk Natalia, “Technologies of Beauty – XXI Century” and “Style&Beauty” the Certificate (№ 001/10), that confirms the accessory of the exhibitions to the professional community CMC-Cat Ukraine.

The history of the World Confederation of hairdressers CMC (Confederation Mondiale de la Coiffure) started in 1937. Exactly this year the Artistic-technical confederation of French hairdressers – CAT France was founded in Paris (Confédération Artistique et Technique de la Coiffure), which in 1945 haв become the basis of the World stylistic confederation. Nowadays it joins stylists from 33 countries.

Activity of the World Confederation of hairdressers (СМС) is based on own Charter.

In each country that enters in СМС the Artistic-technical Confederation (САТ) is organized.

The main joint body of special actions coordination is the General Assembly of presidents CMC-CAT of CMC countries which passes two times a year in Paris. Working language of General Assembly is French.

The introduction of new members in СМС is carried out under the recommendation of CMC-CAT presidents of member countries of confederation. Decisions on the introduction of new members and appointment of presidents of the countries entering confederation, occurs on General Assembly.

Ukraine has joined the СМС in March 15, 2008. The honorable right to represent our country has been given to a higher educational institution – Kiev Academy of hairdresser's art, and the president of CMC-CAT Ukraine the First pro-rector of KAHA, the Chairman of organizing committee of “Crystal Angel” Festival - Alexander Vladimirovich Lubjansky was chosen.

Substantive provisions of СМС activity are:
- development and increase of hairdresser's art level and decorative cosmetics in CAT member countries and in the world;
- creation of conditions for friendship,  exchange of professional experience and cooperation between professionals from different countries of the world;
- enrichment of world hairdresser's art by fashion national features of hairdresses and make-up in the different countries of the world;
- priority of aesthetic ideals, values of art, creativity and professionalism;
- support of gifted artists and opening of new names in hairdresser's art and decorative cosmetics;
- harmonization of interests, mutual relations and cooperation of experts in the sphere of beauty on a global scale.

СМС activity is based on such principles:
- priority of professional and creative growth of hairdresser's art and decorative cosmetics experts;
- valuable orientation to art;
- activity and creative position of СМС members;
- tolerance and democratic character in mutual relations between experts in the sphere of beauty from the different countries of the world;
- integration of professional achievements into the sphere of hairdresser's art in CMC member countries.

Realization of the conception statements is carried out through the International cooperation in the form of International projects, which are provided by the CMC member countries: International art-projects (festivals, shows, Cups, contests, awards etc.); joint educational projects (master-classes, seminars, programs); projects directed on popularization of hairdresser’s art painters achievement in the world (edition of the specialized magazines, catalogues, leaflets).
